Justin joined the Planning and Budget Office in 2023, just after his graduation from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s in Economics. Justin is native to metro-RVA and has multiple years of experience in customer service and sales.
He was an all-region linebacker and running back who made an appearance in the state championship with Goochland High School’s football team. He also enjoys volunteering as a mentor and discussing economic issues and current events.
